Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking entry-level maintenance team members to keep floor areas, seating zones, restrooms, and back offices clean and safe. You will support store teams with maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and supply orders while upholding WFM standards and customer service values.

Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and follow established procedures. This role may require flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• WFM culture and core values familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent maintenance service.
• Performs daily and weekly maintenance lists.
• Supports teams with cleaning projects.
• Performs minor repairs and improvements.
• Assists with ordering supplies for store maintenance.
• Responds to cleaning emergencies promptly.
• Maintains store landscaping and parking lot.
• Maintains cleanliness of all store departments.
• Arrives on time and prepared for shifts.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
