Responsibilities

• Provides visible presence at Store entrances/exits and on sales floor.
• Monitors for potential theft by identifying suspicious behavior.
• Trains and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.

Skills

Active Security Guard License

Strong communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Education

High School education or equivalent

AA degree preferred
