The Logistics Manager position is responsible for the overall management and execution of operational excellence for the entire store, with a focus on supervising and managing team members in store Logistics, including Merchandising, Logistics, and Receiving. It involves directing activities through subordinate team leads and employees. This leadership role aims to drive the store's overall performance and Logistics operations through effective supervision, communication, and coordination.
