Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store. You will assist in daily operations, hire and lead team members, and drive financial performance while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

A multi-week store leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. Must have a high school diploma and Serve Safe certification, with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be willing to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including openings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Support achievement of financial targets and provide leadership to the team.
• Complete a store leadership training program (3+ weeks) to prepare for success.
