Job summary

Rottinghaus Company Inc, Subway seeks a full-time manager to oversee daily store operations in Missouri. You will schedule staff, manage payroll, conduct new hire paperwork, and train employees while upholding Subway standards and policies.

You will ensure excellent customer service, monitor inventory and cleanliness, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to meet productivity and sales targets. Equity benefits are provided with ongoing Subway University training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Intermediate math skills to be able to count back change and reconcile money.
• Must pass a background check.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required for all management positions who drive to the bank.

Responsibilities

• Monitor scheduling of employees.
• Employee payroll responsibilities.
• New hire paperwork.
• Explain company handbook policy and procedures to each new hire.
• Explain security awareness policy to each new hire.
• Interview applicants and hire and train new employees.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and work to resolve all customer concerns.
• Meet company expectations for productivity and sales.
