Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager you will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and work toward delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will receive 3+ weeks of leadership training to prepare you for success. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth within Panda Express, including ongoing development and a clear path to management

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

Assist the operation of a single store.
