Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship to store staff.
• Support delivering exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
