Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a three or more weeks of Store Leadership Training, mentorship, and ongoing support from our Panda community to foster your professional and personal growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
