Job summary

You will recruit, hire, train, and schedule employees, supervise cash handling, and maintain safety and reporting procedures, while collaborating with management to maximize sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM job description.
• Proficiency with computer use for reports, inventory, and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meetings.
• English communication skills (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and aligned with standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and store image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices during hiring and supervision.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and write appraisals.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and staff are trained on safety.
