Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship as part of the 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
• Support store management to drive performance and guest experience.
