Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure site is clean, stocked, organized and compliant with Company standards.
• Maintain professional image and supervise staff accordingly.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and site appearance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare periodic performance feedback and coaching for employees.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Facilitate effective communication among staff and management.
• Organize site files and ensure timely completion of reports and postings.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits and manage P&L margins.
