Job summary

GNC Store Manager in Training (SMIT) is a development-focused program to prepare you to manage your own store. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, this hands-on role teaches you to operate a store, drive results, and lead your team.

You will learn daily operations, product management, sales initiatives, and customer engagement while upholding the Live Well values and collaborating with a management team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours daily.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform light physical tasks.
• Willingness to work five days a week and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to provide exceptional service.
• Assist in opening, closing and operating the store per procedures.
• Support sales initiatives, inventory, and customer relationship management.
