Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and support through the 3+ week store leadership program.
