The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor to lead daily store operations and a high-performance team at our Indianapolis, IN location. You will drive sales, ensure top customer service, and manage merchandising and staff development.

Qualifications

Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets and leading a team.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency with retail software and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities
