• Enforce dress code and brand standards for a respectful team.
• Schedule and staff the store, including covering peaks as needed.
• Recruit and train store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Ensure policy adherence and safekeeping of inventory and funds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
