You’ll drive store performance by leading merchandising, front-line operations, service, scheduling, and loss prevention while keeping expenses in check. You’ll recruit and develop Associates, mentor staff, and implement action plans for company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations with focus on shrink reduction.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor staff and foster a positive environment.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects and company initiatives; support succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store efficiency.
