As an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor, you will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team, oversee merchandising, scheduling, and store metrics, and ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment for customers.

You will manage budgets, analyze sales performance, and collaborate with corporate initiatives including DE&I.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with proven sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Able to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
