Qualifications

• Two-plus years related management experience.
• Ability to lead and train a large team.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.
• Maintains Food Safety Certification.
• Ability to travel as needed up to an hour.

Responsibilities

• Manages, supervises and provides leadership to 30-70 team members in the store.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws.
• Interviewing, hiring and training associates; planning, assigning and directing work.
• Maintain store conditions and presentation; maximize sales and gross profits.
• Establish and maintain relationships with staff, vendors and support teams.
