ShopRite of Flanders in Flanders, NJ is seeking a Leader In Training to work closely with the store management team while training in all facets of store operations. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and supporting departments to maintain efficient, safe daily operations.

As a Leader In Training you will learn sales, inventory, and merchandising processes, participate in hiring and coaching, and help uphold ShopRite's safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak English proficiently.
• Stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
• Provide customers with superior service.
• Adhere to health, safety, and civil code restrictions.
• Lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment.
• Maintain Department sanitation and QA standards.
• Utilize CGO to manage merchandise and stock, including handheld terminal use.
• Follow procedures for receiving, dating, storing, and price marking products.
• Unload and secure received product in appropriate storage areas.
• Ensure products are blocked, faced, and properly merchandised.
• Meet store goals and maintain communication across departments.
