The Finish Line is seeking an experienced store leader to manage daily operations and guide a high-performing team. You will drive outstanding customer experiences and work to meet sales targets while maintaining operational excellence.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, oversee inventory and merchandising, and collaborate with marketing on local initiatives to strengthen brand presence. This role requires flexibility and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric approach delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
