Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store teams through coaching, training, and feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by monitoring budgets, forecasts and expenses.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and customer service initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Open Door guidance; foster belonging and inclusion.
