Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager in California to help operate a single store and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be involved in hiring, coaching, and directing associates, with a focus on achieving financial goals.

Training is provided with a 3+ week leadership program, plus ongoing career development and leadership opportunities within Panda Restaurant Group. Competitive benefits accompany full-time employment.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
