Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, supervise and coach associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, while participating in leadership training to prepare for greater responsibilities.

Located in California, this role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to relocate within 50 miles if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to relocate within a 50-mile radius.
• Must be available for flexible shifts including opening/closing, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Support leadership training program and onboarding of new store leaders.
