Job summary

The Assistant Manager will help supervise a single store's operation, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations of a single location, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Contribute to a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Support leadership team in daily store management and guest service.
