Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager in McKinney, TX to lead a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive guest experiences while achieving financial goals.

You’ll complete a three-plus week leadership training program, receive hands-on coaching, and have opportunities for growth into management. Panda offers paid meals, medical and retirement benefits, PTO, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to become certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing, and developing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily store activity and drive guest satisfaction while managing costs and shop performance.
• Participate in leadership training and development programs to prepare for advancement to management.
