Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operation of a single store in the Rowlett area. You will hire, coach and supervise team members to achieve financial targets and deliver outstanding guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

You will work a flexible schedule, including opening/closing shifts, and you may need to relocate within a 50-mile radius. Panda Express values community impact and continuous development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and meals.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to ensure readiness for management responsibilities.
