Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda store in Los Angeles. You will hire, supervise and energize associates to deliver outstanding guest experiences while meeting financial goals. A multi-week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

You will be asked to work flexible hours, including openings and closings, with opportunities for growth into management roles and ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA: able to work in hot kitchen environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to achieve goals.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
