Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store in Allen, TX. You will hire, supervise and motivate team members to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a three-week (plus) leadership training program and receive ongoing career development, with opportunities to progress into management roles within the Panda Restaurant Group family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
