Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and manage budgets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
• Must have open availability, including mornings, days, and nights, and a 30+ hour weekly minimum.
