The Finish Line seeks an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Lexington, VA store. You will cultivate a high-performance team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales through strong merchandising and service.

This role offers hands-on leadership, scheduling, inventory oversight, and partnerships with the community. You’ll mentor staff, implement promotions, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to store growth in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse staff.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Analytical skills to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
