As an Assistant Manager, you are in charge of assisting the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Employees must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experience excellence.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
