Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store, hire and lead associates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will participate in a multi-week store leadership training program designed to prepare you for success and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA compliance: accommodations available upon request.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and hands-on coaching to the team.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
