A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work opening/closing shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to reach financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
