• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Support and participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program for success.
