Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA: accommodations available upon request; lifts up to 50 lbs; standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to achieve goals.
• Hire, train, and supervise team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure financial targets are met and guest satisfaction remains high.
