Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store management team. You will assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and direct staff, and drive financial results while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a 3+ weeks leadership training program, ongoing development, and a comprehensive benefits package to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
