Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and drive store performance.
• Participate in a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
