Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single location in Deerfield Beach, FL. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve financial targets and deliver outstanding guest experiences. A comprehensive 8+ week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
Oversee store performance and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
Participate in a leadership training program for 8+ weeks to prepare for success.
