Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single location, directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in performance coaching and daily store priorities to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive and participate in the 8+ weeks store leadership training program.
