7-Eleven is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations in Brady, TX. You will supervise a store team, drive merchandising, customer service, and profitability, and participate in training programs to advance within the company.

The role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and upholding health and safety standards while promoting the rewards loyalty program and ensuring excellent store performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent retail management experience.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Ability to multitask and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and lead store employees.
• Train and coach team; develop leaders.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program.
• Use store reports to drive changes.
• Ensure health and sanitation, maintain in-stock products.
