About the Role

The Store Leader is the heart and soul of the store. A Store Leader, with one or two assistants, makes up the store’s leadership team. They execute merchandising and marketing initiatives, drive profitability, develop the skills of the entire store team, and ensure customers are well taken care of. Many of our top managers started their careers as cashiers or part-timers seeking extra income. With hard work, completion of our training programs, and learning the business, our management teams are among the best in the industry. Qualifications
  • Leadership skills in customer service, training, and coaching.
  • Ability to develop leaders, empower employees, and focus on retention.
  • Experience with merchandising, marketing, and using P&L reports.
  • Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards program.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment following health and sanitation procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred; equivalent retail management experience acceptable.
  • Valid Driver’s License with automotive liability insurance.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
