Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train employees.
• Ability to supervise and manage duties per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory, cash control, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well-kept.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and site image.
• Supervise and mentor staff; maintain professional image.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain supplier relationships.
• Organize filings, manage reports and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee store merchandising, pricing and posters; enforce safety procedures.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Budget, forecast and monitor margins; safeguard cash handling.
