Tommy Bahama is seeking a Store Leadership team member in Coral Gables, FL to drive exceptional guest experiences and lead a team to achieve sales and service goals. This role partners with the Store Manager to motivate staff, coach employees, and maintain store standards while embracing the island-life brand.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail and 2+ years in supervision, with strong merchandising and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years of management supervision experience.
• Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze reports and identify merchandising opportunities.
• College degree in Business or related field.

Responsabilités

• Create a relaxed destination in partnership with the Store Manager, motivating and communicating with the team.
• Build strong sales and service relationships with guests and exemplify key sales behaviors.
• Drive sales plan through planning, analysis and streamlined store processes with the Store Manager.
• Coach and develop Retail Team Members, supporting internal career growth and clear performance expectations.
