Job summary

Tommy Bahama in Miami is seeking an Island Life Store Leader to partner with the Store Manager, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll model aloha service and drive store performance while sharing knowledge on latest designs.

You will build strong guest relationships, manage store operations, coach team members, and analyze reports to identify opportunities for merchandising and presentation improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years of supervision/management experience.
• Exposure to merchandising and visual concepts.
• Coached and developed a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to analyze reports and act on opportunities for merchandising/presentation adjustments.
• College degree in Business or related field.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required.
