Job summary

Princess Polly, a global fashion brand, seeks a Retail Store Keyleader in Orlando, FL. You will oversee store opening/closing, drive exceptional customer service, and lead a fast-paced team to hit sales targets while maintaining operations.

You will support Store Manager/Assistant Manager, foster leadership, coach team members, and help create an unforgettable in-store experience for customers. This role emphasizes brand standards and People Leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail industry.
• 1+ year experience in retail management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire associates to achieve their goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick and effective decisions.
• Great sense of style.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service whilst contributing to their career development.
• Perform operational duties inclusive of but not limited to: opening and closing registers, visual merchandising execution, inventory management, light housekeeping.
• Build brand loyalty and awareness through memorable in-store experiences in a fast paced retail environment.
