Job summary

You will complete daily end-of-day reports, manage deposits and fuel reporting, and develop subordinate leaders while aligning store standards with company policies. This on-site role requires strong math, teamwork, and long hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; additional languages are a plus.
• High school level math competency.
• Self-motivated with minimal direction and strong team-building skills.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper controls on cash, inventory and expenses.
• Complete and transmit end-of-day reports by noon on Monday and by midnight all other days of the week.
• Make bank deposits daily by the established deadline; call in fuel report by 8:00 a.m.
• Recruit, screen and hire new employees; coach and direct activities daily.
• Develop and post work schedules within the labor guidelines; delegate duties as necessary.
• Conduct performance reviews on subordinates; discipline and terminate as necessary.
• Ensure store meets company standards (safety, appearance, security, etc.) and that all employees comply with policies.
• Order groceries to avoid overstocked and out-of-stock conditions; ensure proper signage and pricing.
• Oversee merchandising procedures and timely displays.
