As a Store Leader, you will work closely with the SKIMS corporate leadership team to ensure the store meets all brand guidelines and achieves business results.

Responsibilities
  1. You are responsible for communicating financial goals to the team and sharing how individual contributions impact performance results.
  2. We expect you to actively source, network, and recruit top talent.
  3. You educate Team Members on SKIMS’s Mission and Values ensuring that they are reflected in all that we do.
  4. You are the voice of the brand and share relevant information with Team Members to ensure they thrive at work.
  5. You are a developer of others – you coach, motivate, and inspire others to produce their best work.
  6. You create individualized development plans, support career growth, and enable succession planning.
  7. You create and nurture an environment that is customer-centric ensuring an excellent experience for all. You do this through a customer-first mindset, leading the sales floor with presence, and coaching to selling behaviors.
  8. You oversee the overall in-store environment including but not limited to; visual merchandising, store standards and cleanliness, replenishment, and marketing.
  9. We expect you to lead through the lens of productivity and profitability through strong operational controls including strategic scheduling, payroll control, and inventory management.
  10. You own the store's P & L and manage it through all controllable metrics; actively analyzing business trends and adjusting accordingly.
Requirements
  1. You should have 4+ years of leadership experience - you must have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively lead a team.
  2. We expect you to have a proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  4. The ability to work closely and effectively with others is important and expected.
  5. We expect you to have a deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional service to all customers.
  6. You should possess strong problem-solving abilities and be able to handle any issues that may arise in the store.
  7. We expect you to have strong operational and organizational skills.
  8. We expect you to have strong visual merchandising skills, a keen eye for detail, ensuring that the store is always presented in a compelling manner.
  9. We value flexibility and expect you to be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
