Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Interview, select, and train team members
- Direct and supervise team members' work
- Evaluate team members’ performance for promotions or changes
- Handle team member issues and complaints
- Discipline team members as needed
- Plan and assign work tasks
- Ensure safety and security of staff and store
- Manage departmental budget and inventory
- Monitor compliance with standards and regulations

- Coach the team to achieve store success, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness
- Uphold high operational standards
- Support decision-making through coaching and planning
- Implement merchandising plans to maximize sales and minimize shrinkage
- Develop relationships within the community and promote store vision
- Identify market trends and manage inventory accordingly
- Schedule and allocate resources effectively
- Assess staffing needs, participate in hiring, and support onboarding
- Promote professional development and succession planning
- Provide ongoing coaching and recognition for team performance
- Ensure all staff are trained for safety and customer service
- Adhere to work responsibilities and improve performance through problem-solving
- Maintain store standards, compliance, and regulations, reporting deficiencies promptly
