The Senior Store Leader is responsible for ensuring the store team operates smoothly, providing excellent service to customers. The role involves coaching, supervising, and leading the team during busy periods, ensuring each customer receives quality service whether they are purchasing food, refueling, or waiting at the pump.

Job Responsibilities

  • Interview, select, and train team members
