SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader at Sawgrass Mills to drive a high-energy, guest-centric experience. You will develop and coach a diverse team, uphold brand standards, and lead store operations with a people-first mindset.

You''ll partner with HQ to execute strategies, manage store performance, and elevate service through focused coaching, strong communication, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

• 4+ years of leadership experience.

Store Leader

In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your leadership skills while making a significant impact on the store's success. You are responsible for building, developing, and nurturing a team that embodies the SKIMS ethos. You bring both polish and pace to our retail experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the HQ team to drive results while leading your team to deliver exceptional, elevated service. You understand how to lead a store that feels high energy and refined at the same time, and where Team Members are inspired and customers feel seen.

As Store Leader, you’ll coach in real time, develop talent, and set the tone for performance. You bring strong business acumen, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to keep people focused in fast-moving moments. You’re passionate about the product, comfortable making decisions, and always working to raise the bar.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset, ensuring that every Team Member is focused on creating a welcoming, inclusive, and personalized experience for each guest. You set the standards on the floor and prioritize coaching in real time to elevate connection and conversion.
• Deliver elevated service at speed by coaching your team in real time, using strong floor presence and emotional intelligence to guide high volume moments without losing authenticity and upholding our culture
• Embed our mission and values into every part of the store experience. You actively educate and coach Team Members on what it means to build our brand and be product experts. You bring the SKIMS story to life for both your team and your customers.
• Create a strong floor presence and lead through Operational Excellence. You manage daily operations, drive visual execution, and ensure store standards, replenishment, and merchandising are always on point. You balance big picture thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Own key business metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity. You are proactive in analyzing business trends and adjusting strategies in the moment to Drive Results in both sales and efficiency.
• Lead through the lens of impact. With strong decision quality, you use the right tools, build schedules strategically, and manage controllables to optimize performance while staying customer-first.
