The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, experience in sales management, and a commitment to a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management and meeting targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet high Skechers standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels, manage restocking processes, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee store systems, including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operations.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding sales targets.
• Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
